Cooperating with UPS, DHL, UPS and Skynet all over the world. We normally deliver your order to you within 10 to 15 working days of the placement of the order. You will receive an email from us informing you when your product is shipped from our warehouse.

Shipping Costs:

There are no charges incorporated into the cost for delivery of any orders.

Invoice and Delivery Address:

You are allowed to enter any address other than the invoice address for delivery of the order. In order to purchase from us, you should first input the invoice address. Then click the “Enter different delivery address” button. The only payment type for which clients cannot specify a different payment address is payment on an invoice.

You Need to Know Where Your Item Is!

If, for some reason, you have registered with us, you are welcome to track the status of your orders in ‘My Account’.

We will also include a tracking link for the package which will be shipped to you. What this means is that at any one point, you will be able to check on your package. This link may take 24 hours to activate.

Ensure smooth Delivery:

  • Please ensure that the details you entered at the time of order are correct, like (Name, address, Contact Number)
  • Please share your complete address to avoid any PO Box addresses.
  • After dispatching your order, we cannot change the delivery address. Contact the courier company for assistance.

Delay of Delivery:

Orders can be delayed for these reasons (public holidays, incorrect address input by buyer, unforeseen circumstances like COVID-19 or other global events).
