All customers can return or exchange any product within a 30-day period that takes effect from the delivery date. After this period, customers have no rights to return or exchange any product.

Eligibility:

  • The product must be in good condition and properly tagged.
  • All customers will pay the shipping cost of returning the item.
  • Exchanges of product are free of cost, but shipping costs will be excluded with this free offer.

Procedure of Return or Exchange product

Customers will share a clear picture of the product with details about why they return or exchange the product. All the details should be sent via email to info@nyoutfits.com. The customer support team will respond within 24 hours. Once our team receives the product, a refund or exchange process will be initiated. Refunds are finalized within 3 working days. It may take 5–10 working days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank.

Cancellation Terms

  • If the customer cancels the order within 24 hours of buying, they get a full refund.
  • If the customer cancels the order after 24 hours of buying, a 25% Cancelation fee will be charged.
  • If the customer cancels the order after 3 days of buying, a 40% Cancelation fee will be charged.

Restocking Charges

  • A 10% restocking fee will be charged on any return product, and the customer must also cover the return shipping costs.
